Care and nursing tutorial, Peripheral Regional Anaesthesia

- Dr. Peter M. Geiger
The growing importance of the peripheral regional anesthetics in the clinical daily-life of the anesthesiology, it's a profit on the way to a higher level of painlessness for the patients an a better outcome. This currency brings higher standards to the whole anesthesia. In the Universitäts- und Rehabilitationskliniken Ulm-RKU we allow for this development, through giving our experience to anesthesiologists all around the world for years.
This year we invite you again to our “Tutorium der Peripheren Regional Anästhesie”- a diversified and penetrative excursion in the world of the peripheral regional anesthesia which includes all important stations: theory of the blockade-technique, technique of nerve stimulation, introduction to the used materials and clinical practice with direct attendance on the routine surgery program.
This nursing staff tutorial is followed by an accordant tutorial for the physicians. To get the biggest effort from this further training, we advice the attendance of an anesthesiologist and an member of the nursing staff to join the tutorial.
We're looking forward to interesting and intensive 1 ½ days of work with you.
Dr. Peter M. Geiger - Medical Director
