Cooperation
Depending on the current task and problem from other medical disciplines, the Neurological Clinic cooperates with all other departments of Ulm University, focussing on the so-called interdisciplinary areas requiring collaboration of various medical subject areas in order to draft a shared concept of treament. Examples include collaborations with the colleagues in the cardiology, vascular surgery and neurosurgery departments (the latter treating stroke patients), or our conferences with our colleagues from neurosurgery, radiology and nuclear medicine to discuss cases of epilepsy requiring surgery.
